Mission Statement

Christ the King Catholic School teaches and follows the example of Jesus Christ our King so that our students will attain their spiritual and academic potential.  We are a family of parents, students, faculty and staff, and parish members providing a Christ-centered atmosphere that instills stewardship, respect and responsibility toward self and others, and a lifelong commitment to faith formation rooted in Catholic doctrine and prayer.

Christ the King School

Christ the King Catholic School is a K to 8 parochial school.  We are part of the North Deanery of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis.  Our students come to us from Christ the King Parish and the surrounding community.

The school first opened its doors in 1945 with 149 students.  Today we have grown to a student population of over 390 children.

Christ the King School's professional staff consists of thirty-five full or part time staff.  We have eighteen classroom teachers, four special area teachers, two special-needs teachers, an Assistant Principal, and a Principal.  Ten of our faculty members hold advanced degrees (Masters) in education.  Collectively, our teachers bring over 275 years of experience to the children of the school.

Our support staff includes our Finance and Technology Administrator, two secretaries, one social worker, an extended care director, and two custodians.
